Constantly improves standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines and identifies adequate controls as well as KPIs to maintain the global consistency of the new processes. Liaise with global template owners to align Changes. Takes on project responsibility for complex cross-location projects Leads User Acceptance Testing activities, cut over and go-live activities Closely collaborates with the Process Experts from all Manufacturing sites as well as other process teams such as manufacturing Supply and Warehousing, and Production Planning. Responsible for developing training materials in collaboration with the Global Manufacturing Execution Team and ensuring key users are trained on the material.
